Lighter than the Nike Metcon 3, the Nike Metcon DSX Flyknit Women's Training Shoe offers exceptional durability, stability and cushioning for intense cross-training activities from lifting to sprinting.

SUPERIOR FIT

The woven Flyknit upper seamlessly integrates areas of breathability, stretch and support while delivering sock-like comfort. Flywire technology - ultralight, super-strong nylon cables that integrate with the laces - locks down your midfoot while letting it flex naturally.

CUSHIONED STABILITY

The drop-in midsole is firmer in the heel for stability, and softer and more flexible in the forefoot to provide comfort and cushioning as you run.

DURABILITY

Embroidered overlays in high-wear areas and firm rubber in the heel provide lightweight durability for the toughest intervals.
